‘Lack of IPR protection may hit Asia’s rise’
Alvaro Celis, the vice president looking after Microsoft's Asia Pacific operations, is from Venezuela and a veteran of selling his company's solutions in Latin America. But recently, he shifted base to Asia, the region that, he says, is going to be the "engine of the world growth". In an interview with TOI, he shares his vision for Asia.
